Unable to update featured imaging using forms

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: create a front-end form that allows the updating of the featured image for a list of posts

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: Successful image upload and save

Instead, I got: Error saying "hidden link?"

Okay after a bit more investigation I believe you are running into the same problem described here: https://toolset.com/errata/inconsistent-behavior-when-submitting-an-editing-form-in-a-view-listing-posts/

I have linked this ticket to our internal ticket, so I can keep you updated here. I'll let you know when the issue is resolved in a future update.

Hi, I have received an update that I wanted to pass along to you. Our developers plan to release the fix for this issue in the upcoming Forms version 2.4. I don't have a timeline for delivery available just yet, but I'll keep you posted as I find out more.

Hi, Forms 2.4 has been released and is available for automatic update or download at https://toolset.com/account/downloads. Please update to the latest versions of all Toolset plugins and let me know if the problem is not completely resolved. Thanks for your patience!
