Hello,

I have bought the licence and register our website (www.cecp.be) but I’m not able to update from release 1.6.6.3 to the new release

In the plug in screen, I’don’t have the possibility to upgrade the plugin and in the TYPES screen (here under), I have an error

Could you help me ?

Hello, when updating Types from a version of 1.x to 3.x, we suggest you do not use the automatic updater because there is an unresolved error updating from some older versions: https://toolset.com/errata/unable-to-register-site-with-toolset-and-update-to-newer-plugin-versions-when-using-types-2-2-23/
Instead, we recommend you download the latest version of the Types plugin from https://toolset.com/account/downloads. Then make a backup of your site's database incase there is any unexpected problem during the plugin update process. Next, in wp-admin, go to Plugins > Installed Plugins to deactivate and delete the old Types plugin. After that, go to Plugins > Add new and upload the new version of Types you downloaded from https://toolset.com. Activate the new version of Types and then you should be able to return to Plugins > Add new > Commercial tab to continue updating other plugins as needed.

Let me know if this process does not update as expected, and I can take a closer look.
