Unable to show instructions on post form fields

This support ticket is created 2 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi Support,

I am trying to show instructions for some fields with small size but unable to do that, please have a look in screenshots here-- hidden link and hidden link.

Hi Sid,

Thank you for getting in touch.

In a case like this I would recommend that you use the expert mode for the form. From there you should be able to add the text to the form.

Also it should be noted that if you switch the form to the expert mode, you will no longer be able to use the visual builder. If you switch back to the visual builder then you will need to rebuild the form.
