Tell us what you are trying to do? I am trying to save changes to my template

Is there any documentation that you are following? Yes I looked up previous complaints. I have only toolset, generate press and WP bakery enabled. This is a clean installation. I lost all of my work from last week, and decided to start fresh and now the trouble again.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site? hidden link

I am trying to update the individual template location and IT IS LOSING MY DATA. randomly as well. Very very frustrating.

This page has hours for Blood hours in a repeatable group and they are now gone. hidden link

I need to be able to add map markers and a map in addition to design changes and it won't let me save.

Good News: I unpublished the template and the republished and am able to save updates. Sitll unsure why some data was lost.

Is this a good practice to unpublish and publish to resolve whatever is making it crash. I started a totally clean installation in order to avoid any conflicts, and am still finding the templates crash using the block editor. Do you have any recommendations?

So now I can't save changes again... I made a tiny change to update the map marker and am now afraid of losing all of my changes again. Is there a known issue with saving?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

First of all, please take full backup of your site.

In order to minimize the cause of the issue and to ensure there is no conflict between the third party plugin/theme you are using:

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference?

Can you please make sure you are using latest Toolset plugins?
You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
OR
You can install/update Toolset pluigins using the installer plugin:
