[Closed] Unable to register Toolset Types to a website

Tell us what you are trying to do?
Hi, I have a site that won't allow me to link it to my Toolset account/license. I have loaded the latest version of Toolset Types to the backend, but it wants me to register it, but when clicking on "register" there is no option to link the account or apply the license key. Please cc linn@catchatiger.co.za in any email correspondence.

Hi there

First, can you visit the Installer Support page in the back end and check to see if it reports any problems? And errors in the log?

Could you check the steps outlined here, and if it fails, describe (screenshots would be helpful) where it fails and how?

Hi Nigel,

Thank you for the response. The issue is within the backend of the site, when you click to go to the Register screen. When I refresh the page, the pop-up appears quickly, but then disappears - rendering me unable to click it.

The Installer Support page shows no issues, only in the Installer Log section under Response, where it says "toolset: Unable to register: Site key not matching".

I have followed the install process' instructions by installing OTGS Installer as well as Toolset Types (ver 3.5.1).

Can you please send me admin access details and let me check whats going wrong with your setup.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
