I am trying to: Register Toolset after a fresh install of wordpress from scratch

I expected to see: get it up and running again
Instead, I got: Invalid Key for the site. That's what I did
- de-activated ALL 3rd-party plugins installed, only OceanWP PRO Theme + Elementor is active
- cleared caches (browser, wp-super-cache, firewall-caches)
- regenerated NEW key
- (!) even restarted the server
- researched for hours at toolset and other forum
- nothing displayed in debug.log
All failed, no success to get Toolset registered. Please provide solution to fix that.
