Connection error: Unable to get data from service. Detailed error: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds

I am still unable to register the Toolkit plugin; I've manually updated the plugin, deleted and recreated keys, asked GoDaddy if they could whitelist your domains (they are not blocking your domains nor do we have a security/firewall plan with them) and even though this problem predates installation of Wordfence, I added your IPs to its whitelist and still no resolution. Anything else I can try?

Hi,

Welcome to Toolset support. I double-checked the URL you gave in the debug information and we also do not block that URL on our side.

So, I am not sure how we can help here. I can offer to give you the means to copy your website to our server and test the same connection there?

At least that will show if the same thing happens on another server or not.

That will help to understand if something can be done on our side or you will need to find the block cause on your side.

Thanks.

One thing the GoDaddy rep asked was if there was a timeout requirement for this plugin? That was something they could try but I could not find any documentation as far as a recommendation.
Aside from that, I've gone through every technique that I am comfortable trying, short of taking the site down and seeing if there's any sort of plugin conflict.
I can either give you a backup file to the site if you would like to try it on your server, or I can give you admin privileges to WordPress (would need an email) if you want to look deeper into the site.
