Hi,

I'm trying to register another site using Toolset Types since we don't use it on the site it was previously installed on ( hidden link, the plugin has been deactivated there ).
As you can see, I updated the site in the dashboard. I downloaded Toolset Types and installed it on my WordPress on hidden link. However, when I enter the registration key, I get the following error :

stream_socket_client(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages: error:14077410:SSL routines:func(119):reason(1040) stream_socket_client(): Failed to enable crypto stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to hidden link (Unknown error)

Thanks a lot for your help

Hi Jerome,

Thank you for contacting you for contacting our support forum.

Did you create a new site key for this new domain ? If not then this could be why its not working.

Thanks,
Shane

Yes, that's what I meant by "As you can see, I updated the site in the dashboard. "
In fact I deleted our old site and created a new one in the dashboard on toolset.com.
The key is indeed for hidden link

Hi Jerome,

I took a look at your server information and saw that you're running php version 5.3

This is currently below the minimum requirements and I would advise that you update to at least version 7 as this could be the source of the issue here.

Please try this and let me know as soon as possible.

Thanks,
Shane
