Unable to parse data from service response.

Tell us what you are trying to do?

I have a site that was previously connected, but apparently not anymore. I added it and installed the OTGS plugin, although I did not had a key yet it told me it was connected. removed the connection, added a new key. got the message: "unable to parse data from service response."

Is there any documentation that you are following?

I see in another post it's because too many API calls. so maybe you should check on your end to approve our API requests again.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Can you please share debug info as well as share the newly API key you generated and screenshot of your API key page.
