Hi Toolset Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue while trying to register Toolset on tehranbureau.com. Every time I enter the site key, I receive the following error:
"Unable to parse data from service response."

Important Context:
I have another website, resanegar.com, hosted on the same server, and I was able to register Toolset on that site without any issues. This suggests that the server-level configuration (cURL, OpenSSL, Firewall) is working correctly for your services.
The issue seems to be specific to the tehranbureau.com installation or its communication with your registration API.

I have already tried the following:
Verified that the Site URL in my Toolset account matches the WordPress settings.
Deleted and reinstalled the Toolset plugins to reset the installer component.
Cleared all site caches.

Site Details:
Affected Site: hidden link
Working Site on same server: hidden link
WordPress Version: 6.9.4
PHP Version: 8.3

Could you please check if there is any "stuck" registration or a specific block for the tehranbureau.com domain on your end? Or could you guide me on how to manually reset the installer data in the database?

Best regards,
Sourena

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

That is really strange.

What if you try to delete the existing site key you created for the site: hidden link

And then make sure you have installed and activated the Toolset Types plugin on your site. You can download the latest Toolset Types plugin from your account's Downloads page:

Once you activated Toolset Types plugin:
- Navigate to Plugins => Add New and click on the "Commercial" tab and then try to follow the steps given with the following link:
