Unable to edit Header Parameters and Page Header Parameters within toolset types

This support ticket is created 4 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi guys. For Posts and Pages we can edit these parameters, but not for items within toolset types. Is it possible to enable this? Jamie

Those come from the theme or from WP Bakery?

I would check their settings to see if it can be enabled for custom post types. There is nothing special about post types created with Types, so it rather depends on whether there is support for custom post types at all.

Thanks Nigel. It's a theme issue then, I'll try and amend the theme files as it doesn't have settings to show/hide sections for custom post types. Time for a new theme methinks! Jamie
