[Resolved] Unable to edit forms all of a sudden

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user was unable to edit their Toolset Forms.

Solution:

I checked the site and the form and noticed that there is some errors on the site console for this customer.

This points me to the issue coming as a plugin conflict from the "HTML Editor Syntax Highlighter" plugin.

If you were to disable this plugin and check your form once more it should start working again.

I am trying to edit an existing Post form. When I go to edit the form, the Post Type and Status drop-downs are not specified and I have to choose them again. None of the panels expand on click. There is no "Save" or "Update" button on the page. I basically cannot change anything on the existing forms.

Hi Shane,
Thank you so much for finding the answer to my problem! I deactivated the HTML Syntax Highlighter plugin and my Toolset Forms are now editable again. Thank you SO much. 🙂
