[Closed] Unable to Create New Repeatable Groups for Events Using Toolset

Hi Stephen,

Thank you for the login information. I went to the Event Custom field group which was assigned to the Event post type and added a repeatable field group named Bla and added a single line field named blue.

It seems to be working ok. I'd appreciate it if you could check?

Am I missing something? May I have the steps that you take that cause the issue?

Thank you for your quick response and for checking the staging site. I appreciate your effort in adding the test fields.

I've tried replicating the process on both the staging and production sites, but I'm encountering a peculiar issue. While it works correctly on staging, the production site is not behaving as expected. Despite the environments being identical (databases, servers, applications, and configurations), the problem persists.

The field is definitely being created, as I can find it in the meta, and the system indicates that the slug is already in use. However, it's not appearing in the user interface.

Given the complexity of this issue, I'm wondering if you could ask your team if anyone has any insights into what might be causing this discrepancy between staging and production. I've thoroughly reviewed everything multiple times and I'm at a loss for what else to check.

If there's any additional information I can provide to assist with the diagnosis, please let me know. I'm eager to resolve this and would greatly appreciate any deeper help or suggestions your team might have.

Hi Steve,

Unfortunately, it will be very hard for us to be able to troubleshoot something on a production as it might break something.

What if you give the login information of the production by making sure you have a complete backup and I use the Cloudways plugin to copy that version to our server and see if the same issue happens there?

That will be a good idea to know if the server is at fault here or the website instance.

So if it is something that you permit us to do, I's appreciate it if you set the next reply as private and give the production login info after you make sure yu have complete backup of the website.
