Tell us what you are trying to do?
Add a new view to a WordPress page

Is there any documentation that you are following?
Clicking on "create a view button" and then providing a name for the view
Result : an error message saying "Authorization header not found".
I have not found any mention of this error message in your support forums, and I have no clue how to solve the problem.

Is there a similar example that we can see?
On any other Toolset site

What is the link to your site?
hidden link
Note : this website is made with the Extra theme from Elegant themes, but I am not trying to insert the view in a page built with the Divi builder.

Hi Fred,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the site as well as a link to the page that you are currently experiencing the issue on ?

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Fred,

Thank you for the credentials.

I was able to successfully log into the site and check the issue, however I cannot say what is causing this.

If you haven't already done so can you temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try again ?

Once you've done this please let me know and we can take it from there.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi.
I cannot deactivate all the plugins, since the site is Live.
I'm transferring it on a local installation and I'll try that. I'll let you know what I get.
