Connection error: Unable to get data from service. Detailed error: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds

License renewed in April 2025; looks like this has been down for a couple of months at least (site is not updated often). Please advise. Efforts to reconnect via plugin and reentering Site Key failed.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

First of all - After checking to debug the information you shared with us, I found that you are using outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your account's Downloads page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Alternatively, if your site is registered - You can install/update Toolset pluigins using the installer plugin:
=> https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-otgs-installer-plugin-installed

If your issue still persists after updating ALL Toolset plugins to latest version, please try to create a new site key and try to register Toolset.

Manually updated the plugins and created a new site key but the issue persists:
Connection error: Unable to get data from service. Detailed error: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10003 milliseconds

Anything else I can try? Still not resolved

Hi,

Minesh is on vacation, and I will take over this ticket.

I checked our side, and the imere.org URL is not blocked from our side.

Please contact your hosting service provider and ask them to whitelist the domains below:

api.toolset.com
cloudfront.net

Thanks.
