I am trying to Change the password on my account from the one I received in the email (for security reasons), by entering the new password twice on the Settings page and submitting the changes. Other changes were saved.
This is about changing the password for my account on your website. It says that the settings have been saved, but then when I try to log in with the new password it says that the username or password is incorrect. If I paste the old password, then I can log in. The error is behind the scenes, nothing is showing an error, but it isn't saving, even though it says that it has.
Ok - Our Devs identified the issue and they will try to fix this as soon as possible.
However - the good news is that, you can try to use the following workaround in order to change password for now:
=> Logout
=> Use "Lost Password" link on the login form: https://toolset.com/log-in/
=> Try to Reset the password from there
I hope above workaround will help you to reset/change the password for now.
Thanks for the reply. I did that on the day you suggested that and it worked and I logged in using my new password. This morning when I tried to log it, my new password didn't work, but my original password worked.
