Unable to add new form, editor of "New Post Form" is not layout properly

This support ticket is created 6 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,
Need help with adding a new form due to issue of editor layout.
Unable to add new form, editor of "New Post Form" is not layout properly.
The same add new form editor loading in the Chrome browser for demo project is working fine.

Any idea about the potential issue?

This happens only in a specific browser?
Please let us know which.

If not, please backup your site, disable all plugins and use a native WordPress theme.
Then see that the Toolset Forms editor works, and re-enable each Plugin or Theme one by one to see which is causing the issue.

I tip on any plugin that involves Amazon service, as it seems they hook into your screens there, which should not be.

This problem cannot be replicated locally yet, it must be due to some other software that conflicts with Toolset, OR a issue on your server (for example, some extensions we need are not enabled:
