Ultimate CSV Importer Pro and custom field data import with relationship

This support ticket is created 6 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Since you list CSV importer tools I was wondering if anyone works easier than Ultimate CSV Importer Pro?

If I import csv with the relationship slug and types_relationship columns no custom field data is imported but if I import the same csv without relationship slug and relationship columns the custom data is imported just fine but of course then with no relationship.

So the import really needs to be done twice one to create the relationship and second to import custom fields. Are other tools better in this regard?

A got a reply from Ultimate CSV Importer Pro support that a new version will help with not having to do the import twice. So I am closing this as resolved.
