I am trying to:
add text to wysiwyg custom field editor, add formatting.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
cannot give a link as site is closed

I expected to see:
formatted text in the wysiwyg editor

Instead, I got:
If i add text to the wysiwyg editor, format the text and publish the post while the 'visual tab is in view, all formatting is lost/html is stripped out.
If i add text to the wysiwyg editor, format the text and flick from the visual tab to the text tab, all formatting is lost/stripped out,

Can you help??!
Tom.

Hi Tom,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Can you record a short video highlighting the issue so that I can have a look ?

Once you've done this you can share the video with me.

Secondly does the same issue still occur after you've disabled your non-toolset plugins? Finally do you have any idea of when this issue stated to occur ?

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Shane
