I am using Elementor and the "Shortcode" widget to allow me to display a Toolset View.

If I try to filter based on a shortcode withing the view its fails...

[wpv-view name="industry-client-logos-grid-view" industry="[types field='industries'][/types]"]
(See images)

The view basically filters the data based on the custom post value on the page the view is added.

It doesnt appear to be closing the shortcode when done like this? Not sure if I am doing something wrong or it cant be done like this.

My workaround to this is to use the the view shortcode in a Toolset Content Template and then apply this to within the Elementor Shortcode Widget.... this seem to work just fine.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - in this case, I would encourage you to use the Text editor widget or the way you are using currently (adding view's shortcode to the content template) and you should not use the shortcode widget.
