I am trying to: update plugins Types and Views. I use WPTC, They do autoupdate, suddenly it does not work with some websites. I cannot update, I tried to do it manually, but that does not work either...
Link to a page where the issue can be seen: in the backend, so only after login hidden link
I expected to see: an updates plugin Toolset Types and Views
Instead, I got: error messages as shown in image added
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
This is a known issue with the author role for now. We already escalated this issue to our next level support. Please hold on for further update.
This is most probably due to the outdated PclZip version used on your server. Could you please check with your host and check with them that if your site is running with latest PclZip version on your server.

For now, until this issue fixed, the only way to update the plugins is to follow the manual way using plugins page.
=> Try to remove the existing Toolset plugin
=> Download the latest Toolset plugins from your account's page: https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
=> Upload the latest plugins using plugins page
For now, you can use the workaround I mentioned above and I'll get in touch with you as soon as I know more. Let me report this in front of our Devs.
I would like to inform you that we just published new version for Types and Access plugin.
Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest official release version.

For now, you should try to update the Types plugin manually.
=> Try to remove/delete the existing Toolset Types plugin
=> Download the latest Toolset Types plugins from your account's page: https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
=> Upload the latest downloaded Types plugin using plugins page from admin
Ok - it looks like you do not have enough memory to upload the big file.
You have two choice:
- Either use FTP to uplaod the types plugin folder to plugins directory OR
- contact your server authority and ask them to update following configurations on your server's php.ini:
That is strange. I need access to your site to check whats going wrong with your install.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
