We migrated a website in a AWS server and after that migration we have problems in viewing the site in the frontend, from the log files we detected that Types and Toolset Blocks plugin are creating errors, what could be the reason?
In the site before migration the plugins are working as expected.

Thanks for any info on that.

Best regards,

Hi there,

Would you please share what is the error that you have detected?

At the moment with the general information I have, I can suggest the steps below:

- Provide debug information:
https://toolset.com/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

- Test for a possible plugin or theme conflict

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Toolset and its add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

Thanks.

Hi we already solved the problem, it was a server bug.
