I am trying to: Use a product search plugin for the products on my site, but the product search plugin didn't work. We contacted the plugin author, and they narrowed down the issue to your Toolset plugins. We had to turn your plugins off to use the Product Search plugin (which now works just fine). We are hoping your team can take a look at where the compatibility issue is so that we can continue using your plugins.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: There is not link to a page because I had to turn your plugins off.

I expected to see: basic woocommerce shop page with products filtered by the search parameters.

Instead, I got: The pagination parts of the page, but zero products.

Hi,

As we do not have any integration with the plugin in question we can not guarantee a fix, but we will do our best to see if there is a solution.

To be able to report the compatibility issues we need to replicate the issue on a clean installation.

I created a clean installation of WordPress, Toolset, and Woocommerce

You can access the WordPress dashboard using the link below:

Kindly follow the steps below:

- Install the plugin
- Recreate the issue
- Get back to us with the steps to see the problem

This will help us to report the probable issue to the compatibility team faster.

Thanks.

Thank you for your reply.

I have a dev environment that is already set up for testing. It has the toolset plugins already installed, along with WooCommerce, the Product Search plugin, and all the products. Is there a way to grant you admin access to the dev site for you to look at?

Hi,

The reason we asked you to replicate the issue on a clean installation is to eliminate any sort of external factors that might cause ethe issue.

That is the way I can report to the compatibility team so that they can reply.

No need to do a complicated setup, a few products with the plugin and search page to show the issue should do the trick.

I will be glad to take a look into the website that you have, but unfortunately, I will not be able to report that to the compatibility team.

The next reply will have a private reply option that you can select and provide the login details.

Thanks.

I have set up the products on the site. I cannot set up a admin login for you, I need to know what email you will be using before I can do that.
