I have a custom user role called Supervisor. I'm using Gravity Forms on the site and would like to add the "gravity_forms_view_entries" capability to the Supervisor role. I think I can do this with Access but can't figure out how. I tried looking in "Change Permissions" for the Supervisor role, looking at the "Other Capabilities" but don't find the gravity forms capability listed. Can you advise if there's a way to accomplish this?

Hi Kent,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Could you try this plugin below and let me know if the capability shows up there?
https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/

Thanks,
Shane

Yes, I can see the capability when I install User Role Editor. I can actually see many Gravity Forms capabilities which aren't visible when using Access. Do I need to do something so I can add/remove those Gravity Forms capabilities via Access?

Hi Kent,

I'm actually not sure why this is not showing up in access since I can't test this locally. I'm actually not able to download gravity forms since its a paid plugin.

What you can do is to try manually adding this capability. See Screenshot

This might help you .

Please let me know.
Thanks,
Shane
