Hello - I have an Edit cred form for child posts, in which it is wrapped with a modal markup and has a fixed ID; how to create a trigger that passes the child post ID and the parent ID to the form in the popup? (I have tried many of the get_parent_id shortcodes here, but none returned anything).

Using myModal-[wpv-post-id] is not a practical solution as it will pre-generate thousands of modals code and consume hardware resources.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

You can use [cred_post_parent] shortcode to get CRED post parent id, url or title.

For example:

[cred_post_parent get='id']
[cred_post_parent get='title']
[cred_post_parent get='url']
