I'm using the container block of toolset and have linked the container using the field "container as link".
How am I able to translate the link to point to a different link in a different language?
The field does not appear in the native wpml translation mode.
I checked this, and the translation link setting is not available for translationn.
To link to a different page you will need to edit the page in the other language and manually change the link.
So, if—for example—your default language is English and second language is German, and you created the page originally in English and then translated it to German, in the back end you would need to go to the list of pages and then use the language switcher at the top of the page to switch to German.
Then hover over the page in question and use the Edit link to edit the German version of the page with the normal editor.
You will receive a warning from WPML discouraging you, and you will need to choose Edit anyway.
You may see—as in my screenshot—a message that the conditional block contains unexpected content, but pressing the Attempt Block Recovery button fixes that. You can then edit the Container block and change the setting for the link target.
