Tell us what you are trying to do?
I imported a business directory from another site. Now I have a field named STATE in my toolset directory for any company. I would like to transform this field in a taxonomy for manage it (searches, etc). In other words, use a field as taxonomy. Is that possible?

Is there any documentation that you are following?
No, I didn't found anything similar.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?
hidden link
Now is under development.

Hi Carlos,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Unfortunately no you won't be able to convert your custom fields to taxonomies, however you can still perform your search with the custom fields.

If you're using our Views plugin to build your custom search you do have the option to have filters with the custom fields.

Thanks,
Shane
