[Resolved] Track email notifications?

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Is there a way to track the email notifications sent by CRED (opened/clicked)?

Solution:
With the given functionality of WordPress you can’t determine if an email was delivered successfully, Opened or Clicked. And Toolset also does not have anything like that, also it won’t be easily possible with Toolset CRED as we do not store email’s sent anywhere in WP dashboard.

Relevant Documentation:
May be you can use a plugin like this one below and add custom coding for tracking open / click tracking: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/

Hi,

I know the answer is probably no, but I have to ask.

Is there a way (maybe with some additional coding) to track the email notifications sent by CRED (opened/clicked)?

Maybe you can recommend some steps to achieve it?

Thanks.

Hi Valeriia,

Thank you for contacting Toolset Support. With the given functionality of WordPress you can’t determine if a mail was delivered successfully, Opened or Clicked. And Toolset also does not have anything like that, also it won’t be easily possible with Toolset CRED as we do not store email’s sent anywhere in WP dashboard.

Your developer may use a plugin like this one below and add custom coding feature for tracking open / click tracking, I think Gmail API also has something like this but I do not have direct link to that:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/

We have some recommended list of service providers here if you would like to take a look: https://toolset.com/consultant/

Have a great day,
Thank you
