Tell us what you are trying to do?
I installed the latest version of Toolset Woocommerce Blocks on a localhost testing environment (I've been upgrading multiple plugins on localhost test environment before doing the upgrades on the live / production system) but I get a fatal error on the latest version.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
No, I just upgraded + activated the latest version and then it breaks down.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

It's a localhost site so not accessible.

Can you please send me debug information that should help me to review your current site and server settings.

If you do not able to access the debug information then I will require admin and FTP access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
