I have a problem. The Toolset WYSIWYG editor is adding a paragraph before the output of my view shortcode as you can see in this screenshot: hidden link
Here is the page where you can see the problem: hidden link
Here is how this is set up:
I created a custom WYSIWYG field on my post type backend.
For the post type I will add different views into the wisiwig fields on the various entries. They look like this:
Sorry - I'm not sure what you mean by this - "What would happen if you add the shortcode for the WYSIWYG field directly into a text editor."
If I add that same shortcode cluster directly into the Elementor WYSIWYG there is no issue with the additional paragraph. But I can't do that as I need to vary the views in that position.
When I swap out the shortcodes for a row of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx - you can see the result in this screenshot: hidden link
Here is that page: hidden link
So, what it looks like to me is that Toolset WYSIWYG is expecting text, and when it doesn't get any - it just adds an empty Paragraph above the shortcode cluster.
I was able to log into the staging site, however i'm having a bit of trouble locating the exact elementor template that is responsible for displaying this page here hidden link
Could you perhaps link me to the template or let me know the exact steps on how I can get to the edit template page.
Sorry - my screen capture app is not working so I will try to explain how you can see the template.
1. Log into site
2 Go to this page - hidden link
3. Look at the top wordpress admin menu at the top of the site - You will see "Edit with Elementor"
4. Pull down the menu to the first option - "Category Maiin - Girl Strip"
Click on that and it will open the template that the page is using.
