Hello Team,

We are using FacetWP along with add-ons such as Toolset Views, Toolset Forms, Toolset Layouts, etc. However, we are encountering an issue with the Toolset Views plugin. When we activate these plugins, the "CAPPA Members" post type Date fields (created using Toolset custom fields) do not populate correctly.

We have investigated this issue on the staging website and found that the conflict seems to be with the "WooCommerce Shipping" plugin. When either of these plugins is deactivated, the date fields work properly.

Could you please investigate this issue on the staging website? Here are the details:

Please let us know if you need any additional information.

Thanks,

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - Yes, I can see the issue with the staging site you shared even when I disable the Toolset Layouts plugin. you should disable the Toolset Layouts plugin if its not used.

I also see you are using Jetpack and Kinsta cache, what if you try to disable that - does that help you to solve the issue?

But when I created a brand new sandbox site where I only added Toolset plugins and WooCommerce and WooCommerce Shipping plugin I can see the date field working as expected.

You can auto-login to the sandbox site using the following link:

You can see the custom date field working on the following edit book post page:

Hi Minesh,

On our staging website(hidden link), we have deactivated the Jetpack plugin. Additionally, you can clear the cache from the Kinsta settings page after making any changes:

Cache Clearing URL: hidden link

After making these changes, we checked the date field, but the issue persists.

For the your sandbox staging site:

We installed the Toolset Views plugin, but when attempting to activate it, we encountered the activation message, and the plugin failed to activate.

Please activate this plugin on the staging site and confirm whether the issue persists.

Please note that we have also installed Toolset Layouts and activated however it working fine.

Please review this and share your thoughts.

Thanks.

On the sandbox site I shared, you have to first deactivate the Toolset Blocks plugin and then you should try to activate the Toolset Views plugin.

Once Toolset Views plugin is activated on the sandbox site I shared - do you see the issue on the sandbox site with date field?
