[Resolved] Toolset Views not saving, mainly taxonomy filters

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Dev site: Toolset Views 3.6.7

"One or more sections can't be saved"

This issue is somewhat related to our last ticket, but now we are finding out that many views are not saving. we get an error that it was not saved but no reason why. Some other views kind of save even though there is an error.

We just downgraded our PHP to 7.4 and rolled back Toolset Views to 2.9.4. Functionality has returned and things are working. We are still having issues with pagination.

We always recommend to use latest Toolset plugins.

Can you please setup a test/staging site and send me problem URL and admin access details where I can see the issue also steps to reproduce the issue.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

Because there are multiple errors within our system related to Toolset Views, we expect our templates or configuration may be out of date - since we've upgraded (Plugins / Themes). We are still looking for a solution, here are the main issues with the site:

1) The Toolset Views do not allow us to edit/save. All our product category pages are based off of individual Toolset views.

2) The "Product Species" section of the "Taxonomy filter" is not populating with the previously selected species. If we downgrade Toolset Views to (2.9.4) and PHP to (7.4), this option is selected and shown. But when we update to the latest Toolset Views version we get "One or more sections haven't been saved." with no other details.

3) Foreach of our category pages, the pagination is broken. The url still functions, however clicking the pagination button does not update the url.

We appreciate any help regarding these issues.

Most of our issues have been resolved. We ended up installing the blocks plugin and then switching back to Views. this resolved most of the saving problems. Now we are working on fixing some corrupted views that didn't upgrade properly.

I spoke too soon. Seems like the plugins are not stable again. We are installing the site duplicator.

Update: the duplicator won't work with our multisite, do you have any other options? I can create a full backup with our platform and download it if that will work?
