I created a new dynamic Toolset View. It pulls fields from a custom Toolset content type.
However, we use Elementor for our page builder. Is there any way I can pull that Toolset View into my pages?
I used Elementor as the editor, browse to find Toolset Views, but it inserts an ENTIRE webpage into my section. All I want is to insert the small Toolset View I created. Thank you.

Hi Aaron,

You should be able to add your view to your elementor page by using the view's shortcode.

The shortcode should follow the naming convention.

[wpv-view name='my-view']

Where my-view is the slug of the view that you want to add to the page.

Thanks,
Shane

Thanks for the shortcode tip when inserting a Toolset View.
I’m still running into a couple of issues, however, trying to place a Toolset View in my footer.
1.) When I use Elementor, and paste in the Toolset View Shortcode, it works, but loses all CSS and styling from the original view.
2.) When I use Elementor, I can add the Toolset View block to my Footer (instead of Shortcode). That seems to work for all my pages and their footers. However, on the front page, when I do that, it inserts the entire front page AGAIN and does not show that View. So ,my front page repeats, but no View.
3.) What’s the difference in usage between a Toolset View and a Reusable View?

Hi Aaron,

Not sure what is meant by "Reusable View". The Elementor Toolset View block in Elementor is developed and maintained by the elementor dev team.

Would you mind allowing me to have access to the page so that I can have a look.

Thanks,
Shane
