I have installed WPML, Toolset types, Toolset views Plugin in my site.

I have a site in which I have installed wpml and toolset.
I have added 2 languages to WPML
1) Dutch : hidden link
2) English : hidden link
On above two home pages..I see different Jquery version are loaded and because of that My mega menu is not working.
On Dutch Home page menu is working because it is loading correct version of Jquery.
On English Home page menu is not working because it is not loading correct version of Jquery.
See attached screen shot for the same.
On the page here : hidden link if you click on "Diensten" it will open submenu.
On the page here : hidden link if you click on "Services" it will not open submenu because of the jquery version error.
On other pages of English language it is working fine(hidden link)..issue is just with the home page.
As per their suggestion I have tried disable all non-WPML and Toolset related plugins and I see the problem is with Toolset Views Plugin.
It is loading older version of Jquery in English version of site on Home page ,because of it my mega menu is not working in home page of english site..
Please help me ASAP as my site is live and people are not able to access menu on home page.
I'm confused, can you help? This Duplicator package does not seem to match the site that is currently live. The live site does not have Views active, and the Mega Menu is still not working (see no-views.png, from the live site).
The live site has Toolset Starter Child theme active, but the Duplicator I received does not include Toolset Starter or the child theme. The Salient theme is active. The Mega Menu does not appear to work on either the English or Dutch versions. Furthermore, WPML and WordPress are out of date by several versions, and the uploads folder is empty so I'm seeing lots of console errors, including missing CSS and image files.
So even without Toolset Starter theme or any Toolset plugins active, the Mega Menu does not appear to be functional. What am I missing?
