Hello,
I've edited my buttons in Toolset View but it keeps displaying the non edited version on the following front page:
hidden link
I've tried clearing the cache but it still randomly reverses back to the original button.
Could you please advise?
Thanks.
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
I'm not sure what and where exactly you made the changes and its not working.
Are you using Toolset button block?
In order to minimize the cause of the issue and to ensure there is no conflict:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference?
In addition to that:
Could you please send me debug information that will help us to investigate your issue.

Hello Minesh,
Yes, I'm referring to Toolset button block.
I'm trying to click on Tooslet Debug but it's not working. I click on it but it stays on the same page.
is there a reason it's not working?
I've also tried deactivating plugins and themes but no luck here as well.
Thanks for your assistance.
I'm not sure what exactly going wrong with your setup.
Here is a sandbox site and you can auto-login to it using the following link:
- hidden link
Are you able to reproduce the same issue with the above sandbox site? if yes:
- Can you please send me exact steps that I should help me to reproduce the issue.
I am able to get the debug information on the sandbox Website!
I have attached a screenshot of my screen. You can see that the URL mentions the toolset debug but it till shows the same page.
I'm not sure whats going on with your site until I check it.
Do you have any server restrictions? What if you try to reinstall Toolset plugins?
I don't think I have any server restrictions since I'm on SiteGround and I did try to uninstall and re-install Toolset with no success.
Should I create you a temporary WordPress login for you to check?
First of all, have you try to reproduce the issue with the sandbox site I shared with the following reply:
Do you able to reproduce the issue with buttons? if no:
That means there there must be conflict with the plugin/theme you use with your site.
Hello Minesh,
The answer is indeed no, I'm not able to reproduce the issue on the Sandbox site. The theme I'm using is Lawyers but when I de-activated it, the issue was still there. Here is the list of plugins I'm using on the Website:
Admin Columns Pro
Admin Menu Editor
Advanced Custom Fields PRO
All in One SEO
All-in-One WP Migration
Child Theme Configurator
Contact Form 7
Duplicator
Elementor
Elementor Pro
Deactivate
MT Lawyers
One Click Accessibility
One Click Demo Import
Security Optimizer
SiteGround Central
Speed Optimizer
Toolset Access
Toolset Blocks
Toolset Forms
Toolset Types
TranslatePress - Multilingual
W3 Total Cache
Wordfence Security
WPForms Lite
I'm not sure which one is the cause of the issue since I've already tried to deactivate them one by one but to no avail.
Please advise. Thank you.
Can you please share problem URL where I can see the issue and what steps I should follow to see the issue on your site as well as admin access details.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
When you say you are trying to Edit button, Can you please share few screenshot what button you want to change and what is your expected results and what changes is not taking effect?
Please see the attached screenshots (the buttons are below the profile pics). When I clear the cache it works fine for one minute and then it goes back to the default button.
Here is the URL: hidden link
Can you please try to delete the existing button block and try to add new button block and check if that help you to resolve your issue.
I've added the new button block and it seems to be working:

Hello Minesh,
Thanks for replying. It does seem to be working with a new button block however, it looks like you deactivated our theme and all the plugins too... Could you please put everything back the way it was so I can test it? Or should I use my backup?
I also have now issues accessing the admin panel.
Yes - You should use your backup so you will have the exactly the same copy before I started investigation and then try to delete the existing button block and add a new button block and check if that help you to resolve your issue.
