I am trying to: We're trying to register Toolset but get this connection error: Your site can't communicate with hidden link. Code 403.

I expected to see: Our website hosting provider discovered that there is conflict between the Types plugin and Toolset. When they disable Types, the connection issue goes away. Not sure how to proceed. The issue seemed to start on 12/9-12/10/25.
Instead, I got: Unable to register Toolset plugin.

That is really strange.
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes, make sure only Toolset plugins active.
- Do you see any difference? if no:
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
