[Resolved] toolset: Unable to register: Site key not matching

I get the notification ''the toolset: Unable to register: Site key not matching''

The site url at toolset Home » Account » Sites url: hidden link
And my website url is: hidden link

Is this the problem or something else?
And how can I prevent this error message?

I checked with our system team and there is no blocking going on our side.

Please contact your hosting service provider and ask them to whitelist the URLs below:

api.toolset.com
cloudfront.net

Can you give me an IP that's usually associated with api.toolset.com and cloudfront.net?

That would be great, since by default URLs can't be whitelisted, however, all URLS are related to an IP which we can most certainly check. If you could get back to toolset just to inquiry about the IP and then get back to us with it we'll be able to review it and see exactly why they are not able to connect to the server.

Hi there,

There is no single IP that we can give as the system uses dynamic IP and we can give only the domain name which is the static part.

Would you please ask the hosting service provider to deactivate their firewall to see if the registration works without it in the first place or not?

That way you will know if that is the problem cause or not.

Would it be possible to ask them for any logs or details that they have on their end regarding this ?
Or if they could provide us with their IP range since I understand that they use multiple IPs

Hi there,

There are no logs pertaining hidden link on our side which indicates that there is no blocking is going on our side.

We can not provide IP range, if you are interested we can install the Cloudwayd plugin on your website and copy your website to our server to test if it works there,

If so then indeed your hosting has some sort of blocking when it comes to the URLs we provide.

If you are interested in testing that, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
