[Resolved] toolset: Unable to parse data from service response. subscription-fetching 2024-

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I checked the admin access details you shared but its not working at this end.

Before you share new admin access details - what if you try to create new site key and try to register it? If that does not work, can you please send me working admin access details.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Can you please try to create a new site key and register again:
- hidden link

Just try to click on "Register Toolset" link and then click on the link "Get a key for this site" and try to register Toolset, it should work now.

Thank you very much. The error does not occur anymore.

What have you done to fix it? Is there anything I need to do on my production site (different host) as well to make it work?

I also have two more issues:

1. When toolset plugins are activated, my blog posts don't show their content anymore, e.g. this one:

2. Also custom post types (berater) are not showing up at all currently: e.g. this one: hidden link

Could you have a look at this as well? I had hoped those two issues resolve after fixing the error, but apparently this was not the case.

No - our server has blocked your IP due to security reasons as too many requests coming from your end.

As your original issue is already addressed with this ticket, As per our support policy, we entertain only one question per ticket. This will help other users searching on the forum as well as help us to write correct problem resolution summery.

May I kindly ask you to open a new ticket with every new question you may have and mark resolve this ticket.

Alright, I will make a new ticket for the other issues then.

Please also make sure that my IP for hidden link is also not blocked. As (www.)meinwegausderangst.de has another IP than staging.meinwegausderangst.de.

By default - it will be allowed, the system will automatically block the IP using which the server getting too many requests. If you have any issues further, you are welcome to file a new ticket and we would be happy to help anytime.
