[Closed] Toolset types, maps, and views will not connect to server to update

This support ticket is created 4 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to update plugins but they will not update.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Thank you for getting in touch.

Could you try the following exactly and let me know if this resolves this issue for you.

Re-register your plugins by following the instructions below exactly.
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-types-plugin-installed

Once you've re-registered your plugins with a new key do the following.
GO to Dashboard, Updates and click check again. Once you've done this check again to see if you can update your Toolset plugins.
