[Resolved] Toolset types causing fatal error

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,

When uploading deactivatiing/activating random plugins in my installation with the most recent version of Toolset Types active, an fatal error is shown. For now I downgraded the Types to version 3.4.19 which seems to resolve the issue.

Can you please specify and share exact step information I will have to follow that should help me to reproduce the issue. You can share what plugin you are trying to activate/deactivate and while latest Toolset Types version 3.4.20 is installed.

Hi,

Of course. I updated to the most recent version of Toolset Types. After that I installed a third party plugin which gave a fatal error. So I started investigating be deactivating all the plugins for the WordPress installation and activating them one by one. All other third-party plugins are working fine an can be activated without any problems.

After activating Toolset Types 3.4.20, I couldn't even activate Toolset Woocommerce plugins or Toolset Blocks f.e. After reinstalling the previous version of Toolset Types everything was fine again.

I've created the following sandbox site and you can auto-login to it using the following auto-login link:

Where I've installed the latest Toolset Types version 3.4.20 and activated it and then I've tried to install the latest WooCommerce plugin using the plugins page and activated it but I do not able to reproduce the issue you shared.

Can you please try to check if you able to reproduce the issue with above sandbox site and if so then share the exact steps to reproduce the issue.

Oke thanks. When installing/activating Toolset WooCommerce Blocks the fatal error is shown in my case. But as it turns out, this is not happening in the sandbox site. So I guess something is wrong with my installation.

I updated the plugin again and everything seems to be fine now. Not sure what was going on.. really strange.
