[Closed] Toolset Types (3.4.2 » 3.4.5) and Toolset Views Failed to download the update

This support ticket is created 4 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do? Wpengine Smart Plugin Manager is trying to update my plugins and keeps getting error message

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Thank you for getting in touch.

Unfortunately I cannot say what the issue is here, however when you go to Plugins -> Add New and click on the commercial tab.

Can you update the toolset plugins from this screen or are you experiencing issues when you go to this screen as well.
