This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: When Types 3.3.9 is active, the Yoast SEO metabox is broken in the post type editor screen.
Solution: Update to Types 3.3.10 to get the fix for this issue.

Hi,
Toolset Types 3.3.9 breaks the Yoast SEO 12.8.1 metabox when using the Classic Editor 1.5. The icons in the tabs are spinning for a while, then the whole tab contents are gone. The JS console throws a lot of errors.
I reverted back to Types 3.3.8 and then it worked fine again. Also tested on a Vanilla WordPress
