It looks like that after upgrading to Toolset Types 3.3.11 I can no longer browse through the themes on WordPress.org from within my dashboard.
I noticed this on several sites (both locally and live sites)
After disabling Toolset types it works again

The fix for this issue is shipped with the latest Toolset Types version 3.4.

Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:
