[Resolved] Toolset subscription expires

This support ticket is created 2 years, 12 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Dear Support,

We purchased a Toolset account on 18 November 2022 (login name: anikoV).
Then I activated a key for our hidden link site.

A few days ago a message appeared in the WordPress | Plugins list at the Toolset plugin:
"Your subscription expires in 16 days. You will have to renew your subscription in order to continue getting the updates and support. Renew here."

I tried to re-register the plugin with the key, but the message remains.
What should I do in this case?

Welcome to the Toolset support forum. I'll be glad to help you!

A manual reinstall process can fix this issue. Could you please give it a try on your end? Just follow these instructions:

- Backup your site and database
- Deactivate all Toolset plugins, and then delete them (it is a safe procedure, you won't lose your data)
- Go to https://toolset.com/account/downloads/ and download the latest Toolset plugins, then extract it
- Upload the plugin via Plugins -> Add New
- Now please go to https://toolset.com/account/sites/
- Find the key of your affected site and erase it
- Create a new key and copy it
- From the WordPress dashboard navigate to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial, Click on "unregister the site" on the right top next to Check for updates
- In this same plugins panel, click under the “Register” button below WPML plugin
- Add your new Site Key copied above
- Download and activate all needed Toolset addon plugins

Then, check if the issue persists. Please keep us posted about it.
