I tried to apply the toolset code but failed. Perhaps due to a WordPress update, the shortcode is not applied in version 6.4.3 or later. Please confirm.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please clarify what code you are trying to use and where you trying to apply that code.

Can you please share problem URL and admin access details with all those required details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I am using Schema Pro's format by adding it as a shortcode.. As shown in the image, backend information is input and output through short code. However, even if you update the post, the information is not updated.

And this problem occurred after a recent WordPress update. I would like to inquire as I wonder if there may be a compatibility issue.

Can you please try to navigate to: Toolset > Settings > General tab > Editing experience > Make sure to chose the option " Show both the legacy and Blocks interface and let me choose which to use for each item I build"

Does that help you to fix the issue?

That option has been around for two years. If you enter information that can be entered in Schema Pro and update the post, the update does not occur.

Could this be a problem with the Schema Pro plugin? Additionally, pressing update content did not change the actual post.

I'm not sure yet from where the values are coming from and where you are trying to save those values and display it.

I've not tried or aware anything related to Schema Pro plugin but if you can share problem URL and tell me steps I will have to follow to see the issue and admin access details. Once I review your issue I will be able to guide you in the right direciton.
