[Resolved] Toolset Rest API

Problem:
REST API support.

Solution:

I know that for the CPT that Types Supports the REST API but at the moment it is very limited. I know that custom fields are not yet supported for this.

Hi
I am creating a Chatbot front end and would to add and edit CPT via REST API
So the example is
1. The Chatbot ask the question relating to an event and allows a user to register for the event
2. Chatbot will ask for an Event ID and startdate and this is where i am hope using REST API i can query the Event CPT , to validate the delegate has the right info
3. Once confirm the delegate a register got the event via the chatbot with chatbot sending a REST API call to create a Child CPT delegate entry.
4. I am hoping also that the delegate can update the entry to indicate attendance, again Rest API should do this.

How much exposure does Toolset have for Rest API and what is the best way to do this ?

Can I put a vote forward as with so many other users to have full rest API CRUD for toolset, with access to the custom fields etc.

Hi Mike,

What I can recommend that you do is to open a feature request ticket for this so that it can get assigned to the correct supporter responsible for handling these requests.
