I am trying to:

Register toolset on our staging server at hidden link

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

hidden link

I expected to see:

I expected to enter the key from our account area on your site and the plugin would be registered.

Instead, I got:

The plugin refuses to register and fails to recognize the key.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - Could you please try to register using following step:
=> Click on "your account" link displayed in the following link:
-- hidden link
=> It will redirect you to your account page and allow it to create a site key and copy site key
=> paste the site key and try to register.

I follow the same steps and I'm able to register the plugins.

This worked as you described, but the only difference was that I used Chrome versus Firefox. I had not thought of that, but for some reason, it was not working with Firefox on Linux. However, Chrome is working just as you described. Very bizarre, but I wanted to let you know.
