Toolset Post Form submissions are mostly spam

This support ticket is created 4 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:
- Prevent spam bot by using reCaptcha v2 [not working]
- Added honeypot function, as per https://toolset.com/forums/topic/add-honeypot-to-cred-form/

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:
There should be no spam submissions anymore since the form is using reCaptcha and honeypot

Instead, I got:
Spam posts, hidden link

I checked the debug information you shared and I found that you are using really outdated WordPress version, Can you please update WordPress to latest version.

In addition to that I also find that you are using really outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:

Can you please update ALL Toolset plugins to its latest official released version and then try to add reCaptcha to it.
