A manual reinstall process can fix this issue. Could you please give it a try in your end? Just follow these instructions:
- Backup your site and database
- Deactivate and remove all core Toolset plugins
- Go to https://toolset.com/account/downloads/ and download the latest Toolset plugins
- Upload the plugins via WP dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new
- Activate the plugins via WP Dashboard -> plugins
Then, check if the issue persists and let us know about it.
