[Resolved] toolset plugin can't connect to website

This support ticket is created 2 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I want to receive auto matic updates, but getting the following errors in my WP- dashboard

You are using an unregistered version of Toolset and are not receiving compatibility and security updates
Toolset plugin must be registered in order to receive stability and security updates. Without these updates, the plugin may become incompatible with new versions of WordPress, which include security patches.

Have you already registered the Toolset:

Would you mind to create a new site key and try to register Toolset with newly generated site key and check if that help you to resolver your issue.

When I click the "register" button I get this error message

Can you please share admin access details and let me check whats going wrong with your setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Still its not working. I get the error when I try to login using the shared access: "Unknown username. Check again or try your email address."

Can you please try to scroll down on the following page and at bottom of the page you will see the Toolset registration section:

I registered and see this message,
Toolset is registered on this site. You will receive automatic updates until June 5, 2023

but I also see this message:

I've navigate to:
=> Dashboard => Updates and I clicked on "Check Again" button and I do not see the notice "Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com".

I see you are having a Toolset Basic plan so its informing you about subscription validity.
